We provide more frequent service (often daily or multiple times per week), maintain detailed chemical logs for inspections, handle larger equipment, and ensure compliance with Florida Department of Health requirements. We also offer emergency response and after-hours service for urgent issues.

Commercial pool service is customized based on pool size, bather load, service frequency, and specific needs. Small HOA pools: $400-$800/month for 2-3x weekly service. Hotel/resort pools: $800-$2,000/month for daily service. Large community pools: $1,000-$3,000/month. All plans include chemicals, equipment monitoring, and health department log maintenance. We provide free assessments and custom proposals.

All our commercial pool technicians are CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certified through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance. This certification is required by Florida law for anyone maintaining commercial pools. Our technicians are also trained in proper chemical handling, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance. We maintain current certifications and participate in ongoing education.

We maintain all required documentation including daily chemical logs, maintenance records, and equipment inspections. Before scheduled inspections, we perform a pre-inspection check to ensure everything is compliant. We can be present during inspections if needed. If violations are found, we address them immediately. Our clients consistently pass inspections—we understand exactly what Florida DOH inspectors look for.

Yes! We understand that pool emergencies don't follow business hours. Our commercial clients have access to 24/7 emergency response for urgent issues like equipment failures, water quality problems, or safety concerns. Response time is typically within 2-4 hours for emergencies. After-hours calls are handled by on-call technicians who can diagnose and resolve most issues same-day.

We service all types of commercial aquatic facilities: Hotels and resorts (pools, spas, water features), HOAs and condos (community pools), Apartment complexes, Fitness centers and gyms, Country clubs, Water parks, Therapy pools, YMCA/recreation centers, and Schools/universities. Each facility type has unique requirements that we're experienced in handling.

Service frequency depends on usage: Hotels/high-use pools: Daily service recommended. HOA/community pools: 3-5 times per week during peak season, 2-3 times in off-season. Fitness centers: 3-5 times weekly based on membership usage. Apartment pools: 2-4 times weekly. Florida health code requires chemical testing at least twice daily when the pool is open—we can train your staff or handle all testing ourselves.

We offer both options. Most commercial clients prefer our all-inclusive plans where we provide all chemicals—this simplifies budgeting, ensures proper products are used, and we handle storage and MSDS documentation. Alternatively, we offer service-only plans where you purchase chemicals and we apply them. All-inclusive is typically more cost-effective and ensures you never run out of critical supplies.

Yes! Beyond maintenance, we handle commercial pool renovations, equipment replacement, and upgrades. This includes resurfacing, tile replacement, deck renovation, pump and filter upgrades, heater installation, automation systems, ADA compliance updates, and complete pool remodeling. We can assess your current equipment and recommend energy-efficient upgrades that reduce operating costs—commercial variable speed pumps often save $500+ monthly.
