How much does commercial pool service cost?
Commercial pool service is customized based on pool size, bather load, service frequency, and specific needs. Small HOA pools: $400-$800/month for 2-3x weekly service. Hotel/resort pools: $800-$2,000/month for daily service. Large community pools: $1,000-$3,000/month. All plans include chemicals, equipment monitoring, and health department log maintenance. What certifications do your technicians have?
All our commercial pool technicians are CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certified through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance. This certification is required by Florida law for anyone maintaining commercial pools. Our technicians are also trained in proper chemical handling, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance. We maintain current certifications and participate in ongoing education.
How do you handle health department inspections?
We maintain all required documentation including daily chemical logs, maintenance records, and equipment inspections. Before scheduled inspections, we perform a pre-inspection check to ensure everything is compliant. We can be present during inspections if needed. Do you provide the chemicals or do we purchase them?

Alternatively, we offer service-only plans where you purchase chemicals and we apply them. All-inclusive is typically more cost-effective and ensures you never run out of critical supplies.
