Do I need to be home for service visits?
No! Most of our customers aren't home during service. We access your pool through a side gate—just make sure we have the code or key. We'll leave a detailed service report after each visit so you know exactly what was done, water test results, and any recommendations.
What's the difference between Subscription and Pay Monthly plans?
Subscription plans offer savings with a 12-month commitment (Essential $105, Premium $125, Complete $145). Pay Monthly plans are month-to-month with no commitment (Essential $120, Premium $135, Complete $155). Both include the same quality service and all chemicals—just different pricing structures. Pay Monthly is perfect for seasonal residents or those who want flexibility.
What day will you service my pool?
We'll assign a regular day based on your location for efficient routing—typically the same day each week. You'll always know when to expect us. If weather or scheduling changes affect your visit, we'll notify you in advance and reschedule within 24-48 hours.
Are chemicals included in the service plans?
Yes! All plans include chemicals. Every service plan—Essential, Premium, and Complete—includes all necessary chemicals (chlorine, acid, shock, algaecide, stabilizer, etc.). We use professional-grade chemicals for best results. This simplifies your pool ownership and ensures proper chemical balance every week.
What if I have a problem between visits?
Just call or text us! We respond quickly to service customers—typically same-day for urgent issues. Complete plan members get priority response and same-day service when possible. For non-urgent questions about water chemistry or equipment, we're always happy to help via phone, text, or email.
Do you service salt water pools?
Absolutely! We service all pool types: traditional chlorine, saltwater, ozone systems, UV systems, and AOP systems. Salt pools require slightly different maintenance (monitoring salt levels, inspecting the cell, managing pH which tends to rise), and our technicians are fully trained in salt system care. Same pricing regardless of sanitation type.
How long does a typical service visit take?
A typical weekly service visit takes 20-40 minutes depending on pool size and plan level. Essential visits (testing, skimming, baskets) are quicker. Complete visits (full brushing, vacuuming, detailed equipment inspection) take longer. We never rush—we stay until the job is done right.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change plans anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Many customers start with Complete service for a few months to get their pool in optimal condition, then switch to Premium for ongoing maintenance.
What's included in filter cleaning?
Filter cleaning (included in Complete plans) involves removing and thoroughly cleaning your filter cartridge or backwashing sand/DE filters. For cartridge filters, we remove the element, hose it off, and soak it in filter cleaner solution. This is done monthly or as needed based on filter pressure. Proper filter maintenance extends filter life and improves water clarity.
How do I get started with service?
Getting started is easy: 1) Call us or request a quote online. 2) We'll schedule a free assessment to see your pool and discuss your needs. 3) Choose your plan and we'll typically start service within a week. If your pool needs extra attention initially (green pool, heavy debris), we'll get it swim-ready first, then transition to weekly maintenance.
